The Old Bailey, London, UK. 20th July, 2015. Ben Fellows arrives at the Old Bailey in London accused of perverting the course of justice. He claimed Kenneth Clarke, a former Conservative cabinet member, of touching his "private parts" when he was a teenager. Fellows, who claims to be an actor and former child star, is thought to have alleged the incident happened in 1994.
