Whitehall, London, UK. 8th December, 2015. Not a happy bunny. Not even Government Cabinet ministers are immune from the heavy rainfall effecting the UK at the moment. Secretary of State for Northern Ireland, Theresa Villiers, gets caught out in a torrential downpour on her way to the weekly cabinet meeting at Downing Street.
