Green Park, London, UK. 10th April, 2015. Children in Green Park central London were treated to huge soap bubbles created by performing artist Richard who hails from Pittsburgh in the USA. However, during the live performance the show was stopped by an enquiring policeman. After Richard's personal details were taken by the law enforcer and the Royal Parks rules stating that no renumeration must be taken during a performance, good sense prevailed and the children were allowed to enjoy Richard's bubbles again.
