Palm_Sunday_Procession_Lichfield_Cathedral-6.jpg
Lichfield, Staffordshire, UK. 25th March 2018. A fine spring morning greeted worshipers, members of the clergy and a donkey for the annual Palm Sunday procession through the medieval streets of Lichfield. The “Triumphal Entry” procession (when Jesus entered Jerusalem cheered on by a crowd, riding on a donkey) began at Speakers’ Corner in the Staffordshire city and ended at the west door of the famous Cathedral. Pictured: Choristers take part in the procession with the famous three spires of Lichfield Cathedral in the background. // Lee Thomas, Tel. 07784142973.
