Worcester Crown Court, The Shirehall, Foregate Street, Worcester, Worcestershire, UK. 22nd January 2018. Sudip Sarker, 47, leaves Worcester Crown Court after attending the first day of his trial accused of C.V. fraud. The surgeon operated on Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust patients between May and September 2015 and is accused of fraud after claiming he had carried out 51 keyhole surgeries, but prosecutors have said that figure is entirely bogus.
